Items that are purchased via our Personal Shopper (*available to Service Level 3 only) will only be purchased upon full payment of invoice.
Perfect Sense Interiors will not be holding or stocking any items and all purchases will be delivered directly to client.
Should there be change of mind to any item purchased by Perfect Sense Interiors it is the client’s responsibility to pay for the return fees and freight.
Should the items be damaged upon delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to photograph and record immediately so Perfect Sense Interiors can contact the supplier to organize a refund or exchange of the item.

Perfect Sense Interiors is proud to provide outstanding service and design to our clients and it’s our focus to deliver a service that will make you more than happy with. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refund to eDesign. Perfect Sense Interiors do not offer refunds to any item purchased from our trade suppliers.
Perfect Sense Interiors in not responsible for any items purchased by the client. All issues should be resolved directly with the supplier or retailer.
